Toujours rue du Faubourg de Bourgogne, l’ancienne boulangerie Bouchereaux appel\u00e9e plus couramment par les habitants du quartier \u00ab la boulangerie jaune \u00bb. (195 rue du Fbg de Bourgogne).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dans les ann\u00e9es 60, c\u2019\u00e9tait la boulangerie Desgland.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

En <\/a>1975, S. Auguste est boulanger, p\u00e2tissier, confiseur, glacier, en cet endroit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Le dernier boulanger jusque dans les ann\u00e9es 2000, c\u2019est Thierry Bouchereaux et son \u00e9pouse Edith.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Vendue suite \u00e0 la cessation d\u2019activit\u00e9 de T. Boucheraux, c\u2019est d\u00e9sormais une maison d\u2019habitation r\u00e9cemment restaur\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
